| Question: Why are your caregivers
better than others? |
| Answer: Because our caregivers have been specially screened and trained by Focus Care. Every caregiver is bonded and insured. The majority of our caregivers have advanced training in their care specialty. Furthermore, our caregivers have been oriented to our system of superior home health care. We match caregivers to you and your family based on the skills needed for a positive, healthy relationship. |
| Question: Are your services only
for seniors? |
| Answer: No, we provide services
to individuals with disabilities, accident victims,
and those recovering from a recent
illness or surgery. We also provide services to
anyone needing a homemaker or personal care. |
| Question: Are your services available
in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
|
| Answer: Yes, we can provide our personal
care, companionship, or hospice services for home health care
anywhere the client resides. |
| Question: Does Medicare cover
the cost of services? |
| Answer: Medicare does cover
the skilled intermittent care we provide, when the patient is homebound. However there are
other options available, if this is not applicable. If the client has a long
term care policy, this may cover the cost
of services. Focus Care would be more than happy
to assist you in verifying your insurance benefits.
Other payment options include but are not limited
to: private/family pay, worker's compensation insurance, private health insurance
and auto insurance. |

caregivers go through a meticulous 6 step screening
process. Included in the process are criminal background

come every time? |
| Answer: We at Focus Care recognize
the importance of consistency in providing care
